Job Description
- EA Level 13A (base salary $136027.21 plus superannuation and additional benefits!)
About the Role
As a Remuneration Advisor you will manage remuneration approvals and provide expert advice on outofcycle pay reviews. You will leverage your analytical skills and indepth knowledge of remuneration principles market trends and regulatory requirements to guide and support our business role will be offered as a 12month FixedTerm contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage remuneration approval processes and outofcycle pay reviews.
- Provide strategic advice on remuneration matters to Talent Operations People Partnering and people leaders.
- Analyse market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure competitive and compliant remuneration practices.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to balance business interests and apply the Remuneration Framework.
- Conduct job evaluations and recommend appropriate job grades and salary ranges.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of remuneration principles and market trends.
- Proven experience in advising and consulting within a business partnering model.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing interests.
- Experience in market analysis job evaluations and advisory roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
