Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team!

Our hotel which features over 1400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our Front Office team consists of our Director of Front Office Operations Front Office Managers Assistant Front Office Managers our PreArrival Coordinators Guest Service agents and bell persons.

The ideal candidate would have 2 years of recent customer service experience at least 1 year experience in hospitality. Ability to work the required shifts and experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Shift Pattern: Open availability weekdays weekends holidays are required. Mainly PM shifts 3pm11:30pm

Pay Rate: $19.18 per hour plus potential for additional income through upselling!
