What You Will Do:
Ownership and oversight of system equipment maintenance and repair of terminal and pipeline assets and execution of open system work.
Provide leadership in Safety Maintenance Reliability Program (MRP) Work Execution Management (WEM).
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Ensure all required regulations are being met in a safe and timely manner and work is conducted according to company procedures.
Ensure the integrity and operational reliability of the terminal and pipeline systems to optimize system throughput minimize down time and ensure safe and reliable operations of the system.
Provide guidance and support to ensure successful completion of all work and projects.
Provide support to all other working groups within the Region as required.
Provide direction to various external equipment suppliers vendors or contractors as required to safely complete system maintenance and repair
Provide adequate training and support to Technical Services team members to ensure competency and success of the team.
Assures that the DOT requirements and Operator Qualifications (OQs) are completed and documented
Ensure all records associated with system maintenance work planning and execution employee training and qualifications are retained or submitted according to company record requirements.
Ensure drawings are routinely updated and that associated recordkeeping and drawings are accurate.
Maintain an oncall schedule to effectively handle and respond to trouble reports and other maintenance difficulties or emergencies.
Perform Manager OnCall duties as required
Participate on Regional Incident Management Team and oversee emergency response efforts as required.
Assist in project design and development and installation of operational equipment.
Deliver results to achieve Business Unit Regional and Area objectives and priorities including safe reliable and efficient operations optimization of system operation and maintenance and employee development.
Who You Are:
Related university degree and sevenplus years experience OR nineplus years of previous field operations experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform associated tasks and familiarity with commonly used equipment and related maintenance practice
A thorough understanding of and disciplined adherence to Company safety standards company policies and operation and maintenance procedures
Electrical and Instrumentation or Mechanical aptitude and administrative ability
Ability to work independently selfmotivated and has effective leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional travel to other locations. Terminal and pipeline facility environment during supervision of work.
Emergency OnCall alcohol and drug free. Available for emergency call 24 hours a day.
Periodic overnight travel as required to manage team supervise work or for company meetings (1225 times per year /)
Maintaining or reestablishing throughput sometimes requires working in extreme cold (35 F) and extreme heat (100 F).
Work often required in high noise level areas and areas where vapors from crude oil and solvents may be present.

Physical Requirements:
