The Role
As a Victaulic Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications programs for Southeast Asia in various industries like commercial building & data center construction fire protection and mining. This with a strategic focus on growing strong brand affinity of both new and existing customers driving customer retention ensuring a unified brand image and maintaining customer experience integrity.
What you will do
- Serve as market expert and manage daily marketing activities across Southeast Asia (Singapore Malaysia Thailand Indonesia Philippines Bangkok) in close collaboration with regional marketing and sales teams. Support Australia as needed.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with sales leadership.
- Develop marketspecific content and materials from concept to completion.
- Ensure positive customer experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams for content and project alignment.
- Support local sales requests to strengthen brand presence and sales effectiveness.
- Execute integrated marketing communications (advertising PR events digital etc.) with corporate marketing and local sales teams.
- Join field visits to better understand customer needs and industry challenges.
- Manage external vendors (designers PR media event partners) for campaign delivery.
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration with Product Management Sales Engineering HR etc.
About you
- College degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
- Strong English skills required; familiarity with Southeast Asia is a plus.
- 7 years experience in marketing and event planning is strongly preferred especially in strategic planning event management and social media. Global company experience is a plus.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking strategic mindset and creativity to grow in the role.
- Positive problemsolving attitude with an interest in industrial technology.
- Proficient in MS Office and current internet/social media tools.
- Ability to simplify technical information into clear sales language.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with vendors customers and sales teams.
- Willing to travel up to 15%.
- Able to meet deadlines manage budgets and collaborate crossfunctionally.
- Capable of working independently and across regions/time zones as part of a global team.
