We are seeking aFinancial Analystwith a strong background infinancial management data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel inbuilding dashboards conducting financial analysis and leveragingadvanced Excelskills to drive operational efficiencies. Experience withMicrosoft Dynamics and ERP implementations or upgrades (especiallyMicrosoft Business Central) is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to capture business requirements.
  • Document user needs and refine financial processes in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Source compile and analyze data from multiple corporate systems (ERP HRIS CRM etc.).
  • Present insights in clear actionable dashboards and reports for leadership decisionmaking.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports models and analytics to evaluate company performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop user manuals standard operating procedures and training materials as needed.
  • Analyze current Finance & Accounting (F&A) workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct gap analyses and partner with senior team members to propose and implement solutions.
  • Deliver presentations to management and stakeholders tailoring the level of detail to the audience.
  • Utilize tools likeMS Word Excel PowerPoint and Power BIto effectively share findings and recommendations.
  • Partner with IT to set up and manage interfaces between the financial system (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) and other corporate applications.
  • Contribute to ERPrelated initiatives including upgrades migrations and process enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Associate Resources and other internal teams to develop and operationalize business use cases.
  • Leverage expertise across departments to ensure successful implementation of functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of2 yearsof experience in a financial analysis or accountingrelated role.
  • AdvancedExcelskills (pivot tables macros complex formulas).
  • Experience withMicrosoft Business Centralor other ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial system implementations or upgrades is a plus.
  • Ability to gather document and interpret business requirements in a fastpaced environment.
  • Skilled in translating data insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Selfdirected and motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
  • Proactive approach to collaborating with peers management and external stakeholders.
