This role is critical to maintaining smooth product flow by placing purchase orders tracking inventory and coordinating with vendors and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely restocking.
Responsibilities Include:
Place purchase orders with vendors and track order status through delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting future needs to prevent stockouts.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and product movements.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues delays or discrepancies.
Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist with reporting and data entry related to purchasing and inventory management.
Support general purchasing and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency.
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous experience in purchasing inventory or supply chain support preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with inventory or purchasing systems.
Ability to multitask follow up on open issues and work in a fastpaced environment.
