Mission of the Role:
We are looking for a detaildriven and proactive Billing Specialist to join our AWESOME team at ProVac! Youll be responsible for managing customers contractual agreements ensuring accurate maintenance of billing processes. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment are highly organized and excel at reconciliation this position is perfect for you!

What Youll Love to Do:
- Reviewand understand each customers contractual agreements to ensure compliance.
- Invoice and costcustomer work within 24 hours of completion.
- Verifybilling reconciliations reports and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Communicatewith customers to ensure invoices are received and address any outstanding concerns.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
Experience:
- 2 years working in the Construction Industry.
- 2 years of experience with revenue billing preferably related to contracted or project bid work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced setting.
Heres What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Construction industry specifically billing regulations and standards.
- 2 years of experience in billing invoicing or related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office with Excel expertise preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
