Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of complex programs from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project or program management experience and be adept at coordinating crossfunctional teams managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful delivery of enterpriselevel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and programs.
Lead the endtoend lifecycle of projectsfrom initial concept through final implementation and postdelivery support.
Interface and collaborate with stakeholders across technical teams end users client services and vendors.
Define project scope objectives and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including work plans schedules cost estimates and resource allocations.
Conduct regular project meetings facilitate discussions and ensure progress through effective project tracking and issue resolution.
Monitor adherence to quality standards review project deliverables and ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.
Manage vendor tasks and deliverables ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual obligations.
Provide technical and analytical leadership to project teams identifying risks and proposing datadriven solutions.
Take proactive steps to resolve issues adjust plans as necessary and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of project/program management experience preferably in IT or related fields.
Bachelors degree in business Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree).
Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams stakeholder expectations and multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Strong skills in project management methodologies tools (e.g. MS Project Jira or similar) and reporting.
Ability to analyze complex problems and lead teams toward effective solutions.
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
Experience working with Agile Scrum or hybrid project management frameworks.
Familiarity with vendor management and contract compliance.
