About the Role
As our Project Customer Support Specialist youll be thecornerstone of customer satisfaction in our projectdriven environment. Yourrole will bridge the gap between our Project Acquisition Managers clients andvendors ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. Yourattention to detail and customer service skills will be crucial in managingproject orders coordinating and maintaining project momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support to the ProjectAcquisition Managers for projectrelated activities
Process and manage customer project orders withprecision and efficiency
Coordinate with vendors to secureprojectspecific quotes and materials
Maintain accurate project and customer data inSalesforce/P21 systems
Expedite project orders and manage invoices toensure timely project delivery
Review Open Project Order reports weekly andfollow up with vendors as needed
Assist in setting up new project accounts andonboarding new customers
Collaborate with the acquisition team to meetproject milestones and customer expectations
The Ideal Candidate
13 years of experience in customer supportproject coordination or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andcustomer relationship management tools
Ability to quickly adapt to new projectmanagement and customer service technologies
Exceptional attention to detail and acustomercentric approach
Excellent communication and problemsolvingskills
Team player with a focus on customersatisfaction and project success
Preferred Qualifications
Continued education in customer servicebusiness administration or related fields
Experience with Salesforce P21 systems andproject management software
Familiarity with project acquisition processesand customer support in a project environment
Work Environment and Hours
Fulltime position (MondayFriday 8:00 a.m. to5:00 p.m.)
Standard office setting with occasional customersite visits
Rare overnight travel may be required forprojectrelated customer support
