Job Description
Loved Ones Care is looking to hiring a dependable detailoriented Bilingual Office Assistant to support our healthcare office operations. The ideal candidate speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is comfortable interacting with caregivers clients and health professionals.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route phone calls in English andSpanishlanguage
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with scheduling appointments and intake coordination
Translate documents and provide inperson interpretation when needed
Monitor and manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) logs and compliance
Perform routine Quality Assurance (QA) checks on documentation and records
Support administrative tasks such as data entry copying and compliance tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanishlanguage required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and email
Experience with EVV systems or willingness to learn
Familiarity with quality assurance processes a plus
Previous office or customer service experience preferred
