ISR Collections Manager Tamp Florida

What Youll Do
- Coordinate ISR collection operations and ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization.
- Monitor available organic (assigned to supported command) and nonorganic (belonging to other commands) collection systems for new nominated requirements.
- Prepare ISR assessment metrics of IMINT SIGINT and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations.
- Interface with higher lateral and subordinate commands/organizations Collection and Requirements Managers including entities to answer intelligencerelated Requests for Information (RFIs) and deconflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting.
- Conduct presentations and briefings when required.
- Designs maintains and updates collection plans based on the supported Commanders Priority Intelligence Requirements.
- Performs asset scheduling and PED device management.
What Were Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelors Degree coupled with at least 6 years of relevant experiencewith recent experience in the last 2 yearsis required. Your background should reflect a deep commitment to understanding and mastering the intelligence cycle.
- Security Clearance: Possession of a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility is essential underscoring the trust and responsibility you will carry in this role.
- Analytical Mastery: A thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle production requirements and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise is a must. Youll bring not only expertise but also a passion for precision and detail in every analysis you conduct.
- Experience withCollectionManagementtools and databases
- Preferred Skillset: We value candidates who can produce clear concise intelligence reports adhering to DNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards. Indepth CENTCOM intelligence expertise is a definite plus as it reflects your ability to navigate and interpret our unique operational landscape.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72150.00 $130425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
