Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Gandhinagar India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment. As a Housekeeping Manager you will lead and inspire a team of housekeeping staff while ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of housekeeping staff providing training guidance and performance feedback
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and facilities to maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets controlling costs while maintaining service quality
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • 12 years of progressive leadership experience in housekeeping preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays as required
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel housekeeping management systems
  • Indepth understanding of cleaning techniques products and equipment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Strong budget management and cost control skills
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
