Position Overview: Join our team as a Maintenance Cleaner and take pride in keeping our facility spotless safe and welcoming. In this handson role youll be responsible for maintaining high standards across all workspacesfrom restrooms to lobbiesensuring every area is clean stocked and running smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive service will directly support a polished professional environment for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms breakrooms offices hallways lobbies conference rooms and other assigned areas ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide white glove service to maintain a polished and professional environment across all common and shared spaces
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles daily and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors especially around entrances walkways and employee gathering areas
• Complete routine cleaning and maintenance request tickets in a timely and thorough manner
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs restocking consumables and completing minor repairs as needed
• Assist in preventative maintenance efforts and promptly report any facility issues damages or safety hazards to the Facility Engineer Manager
• Interact professionally with employees across all departments and respond to facilityrelated needs with a customer serviceoriented approach
• Follow all company safety protocols including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support the facilitys overall cleanliness and functionality

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience performing routine cleaning and light maintenance in professional or multiuse facilities (e.g. office buildings commercial spaces or similar environments)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a janitorial custodial or building maintenance role
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers vacuums and buffers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending lifting and standing for long periods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Additional tasks assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing office commercial building or industrial facility
• Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and OSHA safety protocols
• Strong customer service skills and experience interacting with employees in a professional setting
