Typical shift as a bank Support Worker
- Mental Health Customer group
- There is lots for you to do and get involved in from assisting customers with their practical daily living tasks to working through support plans helping them to achieve independence.
- One shift you might be working as overnight support the next you might be working the day shift and enjoying fish and chips by the sea with your customer.
- Youll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
- You might find yourself working in accommodationbased services a registered care home or supporting our customers in a community or homebased setting.

You bring
- Enjoyment working with a range of customers.
- Flexibility to work at short notice as youll be the one picking your next shift.
- Experience as a Support Worker. It is important that you have worked in this type of environment before.
- A positive can do and caring attitude with the desire to learn to continue making a difference to our customers lives.
- Previous experience of working with support plans recording and using information concisely and effectively.

- Flexible working hours
- Were looking for you to work across the Birmingham region which include our services in Handsworth.
- Able to use technology for creating and accurately updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
