About the role

This role sits within the Enablement Team a crossfunctional unit responsible for equipping internal teams with the tools knowledge and resources to win with Aleph Alphas technology. Senior GTM Content Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing Product Sales and Customer Success.

To drive our GoToMarket (GTM) success we are seeking a Senior GTM Content Manager to ensure our customerfacing teams are equipped with highquality onbrand uptodate GTM assets that empower them to perform at their best. You will play a central role in curating organizing maintaining and elevating the effectiveness of Aleph Alphas customerfacing content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Content Management & Curation Own and manage the systems and processes that store GTM assets ensuring a central easytonavigate and always uptodate onestop shop for all relevant GTM content.

  • Asset Creation & Maintenance Coordinate and collaborate with subject matter experts across the company to create and update GTM assets. The ownership for creating strategic central assets like the master pitch deck or objection handling guides will reside directly with you.

  • Template Development Design and maintain highquality templates for key GTM asset types (e.g. onepagers battlecards case studies) to drive consistency and scalability across teams.

  • Quality Assurance & Editorial Oversight Conduct thorough quality checks and enforce brand messaging and formatting standards across all GTM assets before final publication and distribution.

  • Governance & Process Improvement Define and uphold a clear content governance model: assign content ownership establish version control and implement lifecycle management best practices.

  • GTM Asset Performance Monitoring Set up mechanisms to track the usage and effectiveness of GTM assets gather feedback from users and iterate based on data and insights.

  • Stakeholder Enablement Educate GTM teams on how to use core assets effectively through short trainings internal release notes and best practice guides.

  • Alignment with Brand & Messaging Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure GTM assets reflect the latest product positioning tone of voice and brand guidelines.

  • Support for Strategic Campaigns Provide content support for highpriority launches events and strategic initiatives ensuring GTM teams are equipped with timely and tailored resources.

Your Profile

  • GTM Enablement or Content Experience Previous experience in a GTM enablement content strategy sales enablement or product marketing role ideally in a fastpaced tech or SaaS environment.

  • Exceptional Organizational & Editorial Skills Proven ability to curate manage and standardize content with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong grasp of brand and messaging consistency.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration Experience working across multiple departments (Sales Marketing Product CS) and aligning diverse stakeholder inputs into cohesive assets.

  • Proficiency in Enablement & CMS Tools Familiarity with content management systems and enablement platforms (e.g. Confluence Seismic Showpad Highspot) and tools for document creation and design (e.g. Powerpoint Canva Figma Adobe).

  • Structured & Strategic Thinker Ability to design scalable processes prioritize effectively and apply a systems mindset to content operations.

  • CustomerFacing Content Sensibility Strong understanding of what frontline teams need to engage convert and support customers at every stage of the buyer journey.

  • Language & Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
