HUGO BOSS is seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter & Editor (m/f/d) to join the Global Corporate Communications department at our headquarters in Germany and write employee and external stakeholder-facing texts in English. Together with the wider Corporate Communications team you will work across a very wide variety of channels daily maintaining a distinctive and consistent global tone of voice for HUGO BOSS.
- Write consistent and compelling copy for all corporate channels with a strong focus on board communications including social media
- Technically lead the content writer for corporate channels and collaborate with external agencies and freelancers on internal and external projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders in order to deliver best-in-class copy for each touchpoint
- Further establish and advance the use of AI tools with regard to the linguistic and qualitative requirements of HUGO BOSS in close exchange with IT
- Lead the development of corporate communication and campaign messages across multiple touchpoints
- Translate strategy insights and communication targets into compelling and impactful storytelling that supports company goals
- Ensure implementation and training of the corporate tone of voice including further developing and communicating of copywriting guidelines and keeping them constantly benchmarked against competitors
- 8-10 years experience as a copywriter ideallyin a leading premium brand environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating writing and editing skills
- Experience in social copywriting and skilled in using AI tool
- Superb grammar and spelling
- Native English speaker with a demonstrable passion for the written word
- German language skills an asset but not a must
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactivity hands-on mentality sense of responsibility flexibility and a strong team spirit
