Were looking for someone whos all about great service solving problems and helping teams thrive to join our Claims Operations team in Brisbane as a Technical Officer.

This role is a 12month secondment opportunity.
What youll do
- Support daily operations by allocating workloads resolving escalated queries and maintaining uptodate procedures for both onshore and offshore teams.
- Coach and develop team members supporting training initiatives and sharing knowledge to build capability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities reviewing processes and helping implement changes across teams.
- Collaborate with the Business Improvement and Quality teams to maintain and enhance frameworks support audits and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with leaders on delegated tasks complex operational activities and business change initiatives including UAT.
- Foster a positive safe and highperforming team culture aligned with Suncorps values and actively support team and business goals.
What youll bring
- Proven experience in business operations with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail problemsolving and time management skills with a focus on delivering highquality outcomes.
- Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of Lean principles and sensitivity to cultural differences when collaborating with offshore teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others adapt to change and take ownership of personal development and continuous improvement.
