About the role
As Disability Support Leader you will play a critical role in providing personalised coaching and mentoring for Disability Support Workers so they can uplift their skills and knowledge as disability support professionals. You will manage a number of houses ensuring clients are enabled to maximise choice and control and employees are actively supporting services to be safe and compliant. This is a 12 month maximum term (parental leave cover) fulltime position where you will demonstrate your leadership skills experience in the disability sector and focus on strengthbased practice and empowerment. The Disability Support Leader is key to implementation of the Active Support Practice Framework and will coach teams to embed and maintain person centred active supports.
