Reporting directly to the Chief Operation & Procurement Officer youll oversee complex procurement projects build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a highperforming team culture. Youll be instrumental in delivering measurable value through strategic sourcing contract management and continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to deliver bestinclass services
- Manage endtoend procurement processes including RFx contract negotiation and vendor management
- Drive operational efficiencies and cost savings across procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies risk management and WHS standards
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement purchasing or contract management
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices contract law and financial modelling
- Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven/ problem solving mindset
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Desirable Qualifications
- Cert IV or Diploma in Procurement
- Membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) desirable
