Job Description
Baystate Health western Massachusettss premier healthcare provider and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC) a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Clinical Education Coordinator (CEC) in the Medical & Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
The Clinical Education Coordinator is an RN with a talent for teaching and engaging with staff to advance staff knowledge and proficiency in clinical practice. The CEC supports the implementation of Nursing care delivery to meet practice and compliance standards. The strategic goals of the organization are a guide for the CECs priorities and goals. Collaborates with interprofessional teams leaders stakeholders and others to accomplish positiveclinical and educational outcomes.

SCHEDULE:

- 40 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or higher must have one earned degree in Nursing
- Bachelors degree preferred
- RN Massachusetts (required)
- Two years of critical care nursing experience
- Experience teaching/precepting individuals or groups of students or staff
