Job Description
Role:
- Create overall release timelines together with relevant stakeholders (business
- site management application operation product area leads)
- Align with operations on overall deployment activities requests and timings
- Secure release progress and wellbeing
- Take immediate actions if the release is not going as planned
- Communicate release status status to stakeholders
- Facilitate internal Go/No go meetings prior to Common Go/No go meeting
- Participate in common Go/No go decision and represent ECOM
- Facilitate Cross Release forum with SAP
- Prepare and organize Defect walkthrough
- Ownership of Release retro
- Monitor release on TGL night
- Monitor PGLS phase after release
- Improvements of release process (future state of release mgnt)
Essential requirements:
- Self propelled doer
- An understanding of our technical landscape and its roadmap as well as how BT is organized and operates
- Dare to challenge our ways of working to make it better
- Good communicator
- Problem solver

- Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
