Your missions
As an Executive Assistant you will :
Provide highlevel administrative and organisational support to Partners and legal teamsPrepare and handle legal documentation and correspondence (including RCS filings)Support in paralegal tasks related to client onboarding corporate formalities and compliance coordinationAssist in opening client files and gathering KYC/compliance documentationCoordinate business travel arrangements meetings and agendasMaintain internal databases and ensure timely updates of client recordsLiaise with clients and internal departments in a professional and confidential mannerAssist with calendar management expenses and team logisticsThis position is a great opportunity to :

Your ideal profile
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant ideally in a law firm or Big Four environment
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of legal administrative processes
- Experience with RCS filings and basic corporate formalities
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with MS Office and legal management systems
