Key Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in Sales Development or Account Management ideally in SaaS.
- Strong communication skillsboth oral and writtenin English.
- Proven track record in sales persuasion and relationshipbuilding.
- Selfmotivated and solutionsoriented with a passion for innovation.
- Clientfocused with a genuine desire to provide topnotch support.
- Strategic thinker with excellent time and project management abilities.
- Experience navigating legal discussions and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximize client value.
- Work in a team selling environment to increase account coverage.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance.
- Lead highlevel negotiations and manage contracts with Clevel executives.
- Join onboarding and business review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Understand and align with clients strategic goals to deliver impact.
- Own renewal strategies and ensure commercial targets are met.
