As our Senior Sales Manager youll guide your team to success by motivating and inspiring them offering your feedback knowledge and support.

Youll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You dont have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youre willing to learn. Heres what the team will be looking for:
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire sales teams including providing strategic input for market segments overseeing team performance supporting deal execution and cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment.
Sales Process Enhancement: Experience in continuously refining sales processes implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness and establishing robust datadriven revenue forecasting.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Experience in strategic client engagement and relationship management with a track record of deeply understanding client needs strategically positioning solutions engaging diverse customer personas to secure buyin cultivating lasting relationships (leveraging an established network) and representing the company externally.
