What Were Looking For
Were on the hunt for a motivated and detailoriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Modena Italy. This extracurricular internship is the perfect opportunity for curious and ambitious individuals eager to gain handson experience in both sales and marketing within an innovative and fastpaced fintech environment.
This role requires fluency in English (C2 level) as you will be working with international clients and partners on a daily basis. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.
What Youll Be Doing
Support the sales team with administrative and secretarial tasks.
Prepare reports on sales calls and meetings.
Update and manage CRM data (HubSpot) ensuring timely and accurate client information.
Gather documentation for client followups and outreach.
Assist the marketing team with research market investigations and strategic analysis.
Facilitate coordination between sales and marketing to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
What You Need
Bachelors degree in Finance or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
C2level English proficiency you will be actively communicating with international clients.
Strong problemsolving mindset and a proactive attitude.
Interest in marketing and sales operations within a fintech context.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Bonus Points For
Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their business applications.
Experience interacting with investor clients or working in investorfacing roles.
Experience with CRM tools especially HubSpot.
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
Passion for fintech and innovative technologies.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
