This role will provide support to a dynamic team of research professionals by helping configure data capture analysis and reporting systems and working with the research data that flows through those systems.
- Independently lead design development and maintenance of Qualtrics programs in a fastpaced environment.
- Innovate and design efficient solutions for internal teams and external clients.
- Work with teammates to implement new features or change existing features.
- Collaborate with Client Service team and directly with Client to provide proactive guidance on implications of project design in the platform.
- Develop project plan and implementation strategies programs.
- Responsible for resourcing and planning subtasks in the project plan.
- Understands tools/technology capabilities and how those fit within business needs and program roadmap.
- Work with client service teams to ensure technical work on the program falls within project expectation and manages hours accordingly.
- Oversight of account team hours and tracking.
- Provide technical program support to extend reach of programs on both new and existing programs
- Test debug and fix bugs in existing programs.
Qualifications include:
- A proven track record for accomplishing detailoriented tasks both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product or technologybased projects for large enterprises
- Ability to leverage a true consulting approach when engaging with clients and the ability to communicate technical concepts to people of all backgrounds and skill levels
- A passion for helping people solve business and technology problems and proven ability to understand progressive technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Client management skillse.g. identification of business problem customer needs and requirements
- Technical product and technology ecosystem acumen
- General platform configuration capability / ability to learn new platforms
- Experience or certifications with CXM platforms (Qualtrics or Medallia)
