Position Summary: Director of Marketing As the Director of Marketing you will play a pivotal leadership role in building FinE’s brand expanding our market presence and driving exponential growth across both B2C and B2B verticals. You will architect and execute a 360degree marketing strategy that blends performance marketing brand storytelling content strategy and both digital and offline experiences. You will be also responsible to lead the GoToMarket (GTM) strategy for new products and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with FinE’s vision.
Design and implement multichannel strategies (digital traditional organic paid experiential).
Lead funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing across all customer touchpoints.
Drive and lead the GTM planning and execution for product and service launches.
Digital Marketing & Performance
Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads Meta YouTube LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
Optimize for CAC CRO and digital ROI.
Drive SEO/SEM retargeting affiliate marketing influencer campaigns email automation using tools like MO Engage and HubSpot.
Brand Content & Communication
Build and amplify FinE’s brand identity tone and messaging.
Lead content marketing strategies focused on awareness education and conversion.
Manage strategic public relations influencer relations and media outreach.
Experiential & Traditional Marketing
Develop and execute offline campaigns including events campus activations and partnerships.
Design integrated onlineoffline engagement experiences.
B2C and B2B Marketing Strategy
Tailor campaigns for diverse segments: students professionals and institutions.
Execute GTM strategies for partnerships affiliates and enterprise collaborations.
Team Building & Collaboration
Build lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team.
Collaborate closely with product tech design and leadership for strategic alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10 years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
Proven expertise in digital marketing CRO content creation and brand building.
Strong experience and expertise in GoToMarket (GTM) strategy planning and execution.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Growth & Revenue Marketing (GRM).
Experience in FinTech EdTech SaaS or highgrowth consumer startups preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative execution abilities.
Demonstrated success in managing both B2C and B2B marketing ecosystems.
Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
Full Time
