Qualifications: Associates degree or graduate of a technical school in a related field two years experience in computer and peripheral support. CompTIA A certification preferred.

- Ability to troubleshoot standard electronics devices and classroom audiovisual technology

Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary support person for schoolbased software and hardware needs traveling to school locations regularly.
- Utilizes the department ticket system to assess monitor and schedule schoolbased technology workload.
- Primary support on schoolbased software and databases assisting in upgrades and routine maintenance.
- Lead technician for audiovisual classroom technology; diagnosing repairing installing and managing the districts inventory.
- Provides senior level assistance to the Level I technical support staff.
- Assists with the installation of hardware software and related peripherals under the supervision of the Director of Technology or Wide Area Network (WAN) Engineer.
- Will cross train as needed with Senior Technician and be the secondary support person if the Senior Technician (Tech III) is not available.
