Join Our Team as a FullTime Front Desk Guest Ambassador
Precision Imaging Centers is growing in Northeast Florida and were seeking a friendly professional and serviceoriented Front Desk Guest Ambassador to join our St. Augustine team. If you have a hospitality mindset and thrive in a fastpaced patientfocused environment this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As a Guest Ambassador you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients ensuring each person feels welcomed informed and cared for throughout their visit. You ll manage front desk operations help patients navigate our services and assist with community engagement initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team.
This is more than a front desk role it s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
Greet patients and create a warm professional first impression
Answer patient questions and explain procedures in an easytounderstand way
Register patients verify appointments and manage checkin/checkout flow
Provide information about our services and help patients access relevant care
Stock refreshments and maintain a clean inviting waiting area
Encourage satisfied patients to leave positive reviews
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team on patient engagement campaigns
Attend internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Perform light cleaning and administrative tasks as needed
What We re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a front desk hospitality or customerfacing role
Experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred
Skills & Traits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for patient care and customer service
Ability to simplify healthcare information for nonclinical audiences
Detailoriented organized and proactive
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
