About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced HR & Corporate Affairs General Services Graduate.
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:
Title: HR & Corporate Affairs General Services Graduate.
Location: Dar es salaam Tanzania
WHO WE ARE:
The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project is a Midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania that includes a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). Once completed the EACOP Company will operate the East African Crude Oil Pipeline a 1443 km long thermal insulated crude oil export pipeline that transports oil from Kabaale Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for crude export to the international market.
AIM:
The EACOP internship and graduate programs focus on cultivating intern talent by providing handson experience and industry exposure. These programs support local content by engaging young professionals in various departments enhancing their technical and professional skills. This initiative contributes to regional socioeconomic growth and ensures sustainable development within the East African energy sector.
SELECTION CRITERIA FOR GRADUATE PROGRAM:
Graduate Trainee applicants must possess a minimum of an Upper second degree.
Must provide an academic transcript indicating the graduation date and degree class attained.
Eagerness to learn: An open mindset towards new environments tools and methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Teamwork and collaboration: Willingness to work with diverse teams and across departs.
Good interpersonal skill.
Adaptability flexibility and willingness to work in fast paced dynamic environment
HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fully complies with Company H3SE (Health Safety Social Security & Environment) policies and Life Saving Rules.
- Actively participates in HSEQ and promotes this culture to coworkers.
- Remain vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of potential unsafe conditions.
- Communicates to management any HSE related concerns and ways to improve them
- Maintains a work place & work space that is safe clean and always neat practice good housekeeping
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Property and Facilities Management a bachelor s in business management a Bachelor of Arts in Project Planning and Management or a related field.
TIME FRAME:
The Graduate Program will run for one year from July 7th 2025 to June 30th 2026.
