About Beem Light Sauna
Beem Light Sauna is a fast-growing wellness studio dedicated to helping clients recharge recover and elevate their health. Through infrared sauna sessions red-light therapy and tailored membership programs we empower individuals to look feel and perform at their best.
We are seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our Bountiful studio. The GM will be responsible for driving membership sales managing day-to-day operations and building a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales Leadership: Drive new membership sales and renewals through personal performance and team coaching.

Team Management: Recruit train and motivate sales associates to consistently achieve sales and service goals.

Sales Outreach: Lead by example with daily outbound calls prospecting and follow-ups to convert leads into members.

Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service creating lasting member relationships.

Operations Oversight: Manage scheduling payroll and studio operations to meet financial and service standards.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics set goals and execute strategies to grow studio revenue.

Community Engagement: Represent Beem Light Sauna at events and collaborate with local businesses to drive awareness.
Qualifications

Proven success in membership sales (fitness wellness spa or related industry preferred).

2 years of leadership or management experience.
-
Strong closing skills with the ability to coach a team on overcoming objections.

Excellent communication organizational and customer service abilities.

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced sales environments.

Passionate about health wellness and fitness.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
