We re expanding in the Pakistan market and looking for a highperforming Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking proactive highperforming sales professionals with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. This role demands a hunter mindset and a deep understanding of consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities closing deals and playing a pivotal role in regional growth.
This is not a passive inbound role we are looking for someone who runs toward targets thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working independently to chase and close new logos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to outreach to negotiation deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of midmarket and enterprise clients.
- Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity based targets.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with marketing heads digital agencies and Clevel executives.
- Track and report sales metrics pipeline progress and market insights.
- Represent the company in industry events conferences and networking sessions to expand the company s reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3 6 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Solution Sales with track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools.
- Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems.
- Comfortable prospecting independently and managing outbound sales motion.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
