About the Role

We re on the lookout for a People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team at The Works. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences nurturing workplace culture and streamlining HR operations in a fastpaced creative environment.

Pay Scale
Our budget range for the role is INR 30000 INR 40000 per month.


Location

This is a fulltime onsite opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate Mumbai.

Responsibility

  1. Be the goto person for employee support queries and conflict resolution fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Assist in recruitment and onboarding ensuring new hires feel welcomed informed and set up for success.
  3. Plan and implement employee engagement activities wellness initiatives and teambuilding efforts.
  4. Maintain and manage employee records HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  5. Support performance management processes and feedback cycles across teams.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and improve employee retention.
  7. Monitor and suggest improvements to HR systems and workflows familiarity with Zoho People is a plus!

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 1 2 years of experience in a fulltime HR/People function preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially.
  4. Organised proactive and detailoriented with a genuine interest in people and culture.
  5. Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  6. Ability to multitask with attention to detail and manage time effectively in a fastmoving setup.


Our hiring process includes the following steps:

  1. Initial Calls
  2. Assignment Round
  3. First InPerson Interview with the Team Head
  4. Second InPerson Interview with our Founder

The entire process is completed within 2 weeks.
