Job Description
Job Title: BIM Landscape Specialist
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of BIM models for landscape architecture projects.
- Collaboration with architects engineers and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models.
- Ensuring accuracy currency and compliance with industry standards of BIM models.
- Generation of detailed drawings schedules and documentation from BIM models.
- Participation in project meetings and provision of technical support related to BIM.
- Keeping abreast of the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Bachelor s degree in landscape architecture Architecture or a related field.
- Preferred Master s degree in landscape architecture.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Most preferred understanding of BIM and software such as Revit Navisworks Sketchup.
- Strong grasp of landscape design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field is Mandatory. Masters s degree in landscape architecture is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD is Mandatory.
