We re working with a global leader in industrial automation and sensor technology currently looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their growing EMEA support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems supporting customers and working with cuttingedge engineering products.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries by phone email and support tickets
Assist with product advice selection and technical troubleshooting
Provide basic documentation such as datasheets wiring diagrams and support materials
Support internal teams and learn from senior engineers
Contribute to technical content such as FAQs and knowledge base updates
What We re Looking For:
A qualification in engineering (electrical automation or related field)
Some technical support or engineering experience (not essential)
Basic knowledge of electrical or automation systems
Great communication and problemsolving skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team
