As a Player Development Executive you will act as the acquisition marketing arm for new VIP/VVIP customers in key markets stimulating new trial to Caesars should be results driven with skills in building and leveraging a powerful internal and external Player Development Executive will establish connections with customers to drive business to casino properties ultimately transitioning these relationships to the Account Development team on willbe well informed about the marketplace our industry and our competition and beconfident in your ability to meet goals set forth by the management team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be self motivated and entrepreneurial and committed to personalizing interactions to drive performance. To be best positioned to succeed candidates should have a keen sense of personal ambition excellent communications skills and the ability to engage others to commit to action.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for targeting developing and assessing new business relationships
  • Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
  • Effectively delivers required sales targets
  • Maintains relationships with VIP/VVIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person with the ultimate goal of increasing new business
  • Creative thought in developing a wide customer base
  • Works to utilize transportation resources including 30seat jet corporate jet direct mail to actively recruit VIP/VIP players.
  • Assists with special events
  • Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Anticipates responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of internal clients.
  • Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
  • Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
  • Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
  • Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession.
  • Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
  • Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals and business strategy.
  • Politely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
  • Responsible for managing coordinators and working effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • Plans and creates events and community opportunities to drive awareness and greet potential customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three to five years of sales experience required (experience in luxury brands preferred).
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient with customer PointofService systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills .
  • Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless endtoend customer experiences.
  • Excellent networking abilities.
  • Avid member and in good standing of the local community.
  • Must present wellgroomed professional appearance.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
