Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Inspection Technician to conduct onsite inspections of our products at customer locations. This role plays a vital part in upholding our commitment to product quality identifying potential issues and delivering clear technical reports to our Quality Department.

Responsibilities
Conduct onsite product inspections at customer locations to evaluate performance and quality.
Identify defects damages or operational issues and thoroughly document findings.
Communicate inspection results to customers providing technical insights and addressing concerns professionally.
Prepare detailed technical reports with observations test results and recommendations for corrective action.
Collaborate with the Quality Department to analyze findings and suggest product or process improvements.
Ensure inspections are compliant with company standards industry regulations and safety protocols.
Use diagnostic tools measurement instruments and testing methods to assess product integrity.
Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams on recurring quality issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and customer interactions.
Travel frequently to customer sites as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection quality control or a related technical role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with customers.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Salary
$2226hr DOE
