Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Inspection Technician to conduct onsite inspections of our products at customer locations. This role plays a vital part in upholding our commitment to product quality identifying potential issues and delivering clear technical reports to our Quality Department.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite product inspections at customer locations to evaluate performance and quality.

  • Identify defects damages or operational issues and thoroughly document findings.

  • Communicate inspection results to customers providing technical insights and addressing concerns professionally.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports with observations test results and recommendations for corrective action.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to analyze findings and suggest product or process improvements.

  • Ensure inspections are compliant with company standards industry regulations and safety protocols.

  • Use diagnostic tools measurement instruments and testing methods to assess product integrity.

  • Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams on recurring quality issues.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and customer interactions.

  • Travel frequently to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection quality control or a related technical role.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with customers.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

    $2226hr DOE
