Marsden South is looking to hire an experienced 2nd shift BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)Supervisor to oversee and lead a team consisting of cleaners Floor techs and other janitorial personnel in Jupiter FL. The supervisors responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance reporting absences and coaching their workforce. They will also perform general janitorial duties as assigned.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Supervise the job performed by his/her team
*Accurate time keeping via our webbased program
*Providing training and guidance to his/her staff.
*This candidate will need to be available for calloffs/fillins.
*Comfortable dealing and (or) discussing attendance/performance issues and (or) areas of improvement
*Other duties may be assigned as needed
*Availability to be oncall while employees are present
*Able to work long hours as needed to accomplish the job at hand
Days:
MonFri
Term: FullTime permanent
Hours: 2nd shift 5pm to 1:30am
Pay: $19
Requirements:
- Able to keep team motivated
- Capable of defuse issues professionally
- Able to utilize a computer
- Previous Supervisory experience required in a production environment or in a janitorial capacity
- Previous experience supervisor a team of housekeepers and (or) commercial cleaners
