Summary
Midwestern University is in search of a skilled Web Support Specialist to join its dynamic Communications team. The Web Support Specialist reports directly to Web Content Manager and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining MWUs web presence ensuring websites are up to date accessible and comply with MWU brand and style guidelines. The Web Support Specialist will use their technical skills to build webpages manage digital assets and serve as the point of contact for CMS users.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree required preferably in Computer Science Information Technology Web Design or related field with 24 years of web support web design/development or related experience required. Must have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a variety of constituents. Proven ability to work well under pressure manage multiple priorities and successfully meet deadlines. Must be highly organized with critical thinking skills.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Access and Outlook) required. Experience working with content management systems; Drupal preferred. Basic proficiency in HTML is required; knowledge of CSS is preferred.
