We are seeking


We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution during a pivotal growth phase; you know what it takes to double a companys revenue in twotothree years and be capable of executing a strategy that supports that vision across both B2B and B2C (via distribution segments). In this highimpact role you will own the marketing function and drive revenue brand recognition and demand generation. Youll work closely with the company President Sales and Production teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.


As Marketing Director you will craft compelling personaspecific narratives for both brands ensuring Road Rescues ecommerce and retail presences are optimized while RockAsphalts messaging resonates with government clients. Leveraging our established marketing technologies youll orchestrate cohesive lead generation strategies that harmonize brands without overlap. You will also build and lead a worldclass marketing team starting with external agencies and gradually developing internal talent while fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.

What You Bring!

  • You ve done this before. You ve led marketing through real growth not just brand refreshes or isolated campaigns. You ve been in the driver s seat building marketing that supports business expansion and drives revenue.

  • You take full ownership. Strategy execution team leadership you re comfortable owning the whole thing. You know how to prioritize set direction and move fast without losing focus.

  • You know what good execution looks like. Whether it s reviewing agency performance or launching a new campaign you can tell the difference between activity and progress. You raise the bar and hold teams (internal and external) to it.

  • You ve built and led teams. You ve hired mentored and led marketers before and you know how to spot the difference between a good hire and the right hire.

  • You bring structure without red tape. You know how to scale what s already in place. You make processes clearer and faster not more complicated.

  • You focus on results. Your decisions are grounded in what drives pipeline lowers cost per lead and improves retention not just what looks good on a dashboard.

  • You understand both B2B and distributordriven marketing. You know how to speak to different audiences and adjust strategies depending on the channel.

  • You work well across departments. You know how to partner with Sales Product and Ops to get aligned stay focused and drive shared outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Owning the marketing function. You ll take full responsibility for how we go to market across strategy execution messaging and results. This includes both the bigpicture roadmap and the daytoday campaigns.

  • Improving what already exists. A lot of the groundwork is already in place. You ll come in sharpen it and make sure it s running at a higher level. You re not reinventing the wheel you re making it faster stronger and more focused.

  • Driving lead generation and customer growth. You ll make sure our campaigns generate qualified leads move them through the funnel and contribute meaningfully to pipeline and revenue

  • Working across teams. You ll collaborate with Sales Product and Operations to keep everything aligned. You ll help turn marketing into a multiplier not a silo.

  • Leading sales enablement. You ll build the materials Sales needs to win onepagers case studies decks messaging frameworks and make sure they re actually used.

  • Embed our mission of glorifying God into all marketing efforts balancing commercial success with community and ministry impact.

  • Overseeing our agency partners. You ll evaluate what s working where we re overspending and what needs to change. In the short term you ll manage external partners. Over time you ll build and lead an inhouse team.

  • Building the internal team. You ll create the right structure make smart hires and lead a lean effective marketing team that knows what good looks like.

  • Tracking what matters. You ll define the right metrics build dashboards and report on what s actually moving the needle not just what s easy to measure.

  • Making us better. You ll bring insights we haven t seen challenge assumptions and push the company forward. You re not here to maintain you re here to help us level up.
