Commercial & Sales Strategy
- Support the CEO in the execution the strategic vision for MET Groups subsidiary in Greece in collaboration with MET International.
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with MET Greeces growth objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team setting clear KPIs and ensuring delivery of ambitious sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand MET Greeces customer base.
Key Account Management
- Design and implement in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager a robust key account management framework to ensure origination and long-term relationships with strategic clients.
- Personally engage with top-tier customers to understand needs and deliver tailored energy solutions.
- Systematic monitoring of achievement of sales targets
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction and retention ensuring exceptional service delivery
Internal Sales Channels
- Lead B2B and B2C internal sales channel activities including the establishment of yearly and monthly sales targets
- Design implement and monitor the operation in collaboration with the Internal Call Center manager of a small-scale internal call center team for outbound B2B (SMEs) and B2C sales
- Upon strategic decision and approval by the CEO design implement and monitor the operation of an internal direct sales team for B2B sales to SMEs.
Marketing & Digital Sales
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies to strengthen MET Greeces brand positioning and support ambitious sales targets.
- Lead all branding initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted advertising campaigns PR activities and partnerships.
- Manage all corporate communications ensuring clear and engaging messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee media planning and buying managing relationships with media agencies and key partners to optimize ROI.
- Plan and execute customer and industry events sponsorships and thought leadership activities to reinforce MET Greeces reputation as a trusted energy partner.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of digital sales and marketing channels including website SEO/SEM social media and email marketing to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and implement innovative customer loyalty and referral schemes to drive repeat business and organic growth.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are data-driven measured and continuously optimized for effectiveness and alignment with MET Energy Groups brand guidelines.
Customer Service
- Design implement and manage the operation of the Customer Care department (inbound) in cooperation with the Customer Care Manager.
- Lead the design selection and roll-out of a fit-for-purpose CRM system that supports sales and marketing objectives.
- Ensure effective CRM adoption across teams enabling data-driven decision-making and personalized customer interactions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Group Sales & Marketing functions to align local strategies with MET Energy Groups vision.
- Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to the CEO and Group stakeholders.
- Represent MET Greece at industry events conferences and client meetings as a brand ambassador.
