The Senior Director of Global Total Rewards is responsible for designing implementing and managing Blends compensation and benefits programs which includes salary bonuses benefits 401k and equity. The individual in this role will work closely with senior leadership the Talent team and Blend service line leaders to develop a competitive and equitable total rewards strategy that attracts motivates and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy:
- Develop and implement competitive global compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
- Oversee global market compensation analyses and ensure internal equity across the organization.
- Design and manage sales compensation plans including OTE commission plans and SPIFs.
- Design and manage executive compensation programs including base salary short and longterm incentives and equity plans.
- Develop merit increases short term and long term incentive programs (e.g. bonus equity etc.) to drive organizational performance.
- Benefits Strategy:
- Oversee the design implementation and management of employee benefit programs such as health wellness retirement plans and other fringe benefits.
- Administer the 401k including twice yearly compliance audits.
- Ensure benefits packages align with organizational objectives and employee needs.
- Manage the open enrollment process and communicate benefits options to employees effectively.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure programs are competitive and costeffective.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders regarding compensation trends benchmarking and program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations (e.g. FLSA ERISA ACA).
- Employee Communication:
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding total rewards programs.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
- Provide training and guidance to HR team members and managers regarding compensation and benefits topics.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation benefits and total rewards with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Indepth knowledge of compensation principles benefits administration 401k administration and incentive plan design.
- Experience with global compensation and benefits programs.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar professional certifications (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Ability to communicate complex compensation and benefits information in a clear and accessible way.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
