Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in the development implementation update and follow through of the Universal Orlando operational training program content and materials including but not limited to eLearning video PowerPoint and support documents.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the creation of development training and support materials. Ensures materials and presentations are current and relevant.
- Maintain understanding of existing and emerging media creation (Adobe Creative & Articulate Suite) & delivery technology to create and manage the creation & delivery processes for training content across all media types (audio photo video print mixed reality etc.)
- Works with internal SME to understand the clients needs. Develops requested training concept into an outline for the proposed programing.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Associate degree (AA) is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- 1 year design work required. Training and development experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
