About the program
The Toyota Vehicle Marketing and Communications Internship is an 8week summer program for college Juniors Seniors and Masters Programs with graduation dates of December 2025 or later.
This Internship will be integral to Toyotas (add the BU name) success through forwardthinking to strengthen our brand. Your role as an Intern will support our vision.

What youll be doing
Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in JL 1516
Developing strategies and action plans to address identified issues
Create training and development plans for employees to improve skills and knowledge
Providing guidance and advice to managers and leaders on organizational to maxime driving performance
Developing and implementing change management plans to support organizational driving performance culture
Submit with HR leadership and other departments to promote driving culture of performance and talent development
Qualification Section
Internship Eligibility
Currently enrolled in a fulltime accredited Bachelors degree program studying Industrial Engineering. Industrial Psychology ( add another degree if necessary) or related disciplines
Juniors and above with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
Available to work fulltime during the Summer 2025 term
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be at least 18 years of age
Lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
