Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified Automotive Retail professional to assume the critical role of Finance & Insurance (F&I) Director at Jackie Cooper Mercedes Benz and Porsche in Tulsa OK. This position carries significant responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to optimize the F&I departments profitability and product penetration rates.
  • Actively participate in the F&I production team on a rotational basis.
  • Meticulously manage and monitor lender portfolios.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of departmental paperwork to ensure absolute accuracy and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Guarantee full compliance of all deals with company policies local regulations state laws and federal guidelines.
  • Provide crucial support to the sales department in achieving its objectives and collaborate closely to enforce proper selling methodologies.
  • Exemplify the highest standards of professional ethics morals and customer service excellence.
  • Implement and oversee the finance departments work schedule with utmost efficiency.

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance as an Automotive Finance and Insurance Director with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Superior communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence befitting the prestige of the Mercedes Benz and Porsche brands.
  • Impeccable professional demeanor and an uncompromising work ethic essential for representing luxury automotive brands.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards with a steadfast dedication to maintaining the highest levels of integrity in all transactions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in the demanding fastpaced environment of luxury automotive retail demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Must successfully complete and pass preemployment screening process.
