Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified Automotive Retail professional to assume the critical role of Finance & Insurance (F&I) Director at Jackie Cooper Mercedes Benz and Porsche in Tulsa OK. This position carries significant responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to optimize the F&I departments profitability and product penetration rates.
- Actively participate in the F&I production team on a rotational basis.
- Meticulously manage and monitor lender portfolios.
- Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of departmental paperwork to ensure absolute accuracy and timely processing of all transactions.
- Guarantee full compliance of all deals with company policies local regulations state laws and federal guidelines.
- Provide crucial support to the sales department in achieving its objectives and collaborate closely to enforce proper selling methodologies.
- Exemplify the highest standards of professional ethics morals and customer service excellence.
- Implement and oversee the finance departments work schedule with utmost efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance as an Automotive Finance and Insurance Director with a proven ability to drive results.
- Superior communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence befitting the prestige of the Mercedes Benz and Porsche brands.
- Impeccable professional demeanor and an uncompromising work ethic essential for representing luxury automotive brands.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards with a steadfast dedication to maintaining the highest levels of integrity in all transactions.
- Proven ability to thrive in the demanding fastpaced environment of luxury automotive retail demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Must successfully complete and pass preemployment screening process.
