Position Summary

The Commercial Loan Processor/Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating loan processing underwriting support and closing activities for bridge and private real estate loans. This role demands a detailoriented organized professional who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously while delivering superior client service. You will collaborate with borrowers brokers underwriters and third parties to ensure loans are funded accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing

  • Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with borrowers and brokers to obtain required documents and information.
  • Input and maintain accurate loan data in internal systems and ensure thorough file documentation.

Underwriting Support

  • Assist underwriters by verifying financial statements property valuations and riskrelated documentation.
  • Ensure all loans comply with internal policies loan criteria and applicable state regulations.

Closing Coordination

  • Work closely with title companies attorneys and thirdparty vendors to facilitate timely closings.
  • Prepare review and verify closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule closings and coordinate disbursement of funds.

Client Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers and brokers throughout the loan process.
  • Provide regular updates on loan status and resolve inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Record Management

  • Maintain organized auditready records of all loan files communications and transaction documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company confidentiality and data security standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in commercial lending private lending or real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with bridge financing and private lending practices highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Texas property and title laws (preferred).
  • Proficient with loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
