Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the full delivery lifecycle for Salesforce implementations and and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and work closely with the onsite Salesforce as the primary point of contact for all Salesforcerelated delivery that all solutions are delivered on time within scope and meet quality business requirements into technical specifications and oversee their with stakeholders to manage expectations dependencies risks and handson in Salesforce development (Apex LWC Flows etc.) as code reviews enforce best practices and ensure adherence to governance identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team and present regular progress updates to internal and external Qualifications:Proven experience in leading Salesforce project deliveries preferably in a clientfacing onsite understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Apex LWC).Strong handson experience with Salesforce development and working closely with solution architects and managing development communication stakeholder management and problemsolving certifications are a strong in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesPreferred Skills:Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools).Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD) in Salesforce in managing offshore/remote development teams is a plus
