GREAT company is looking for two HR Business Partners who will focus on Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives for the company each will oversee a different part of the company these are NEW ROLES due to growth!
SUMMARY:
These are two crucial roles that will be driving the strategic talent acquisition initiatives for the company
The point of contact for market trends leveraging various tools and technologies TA delivery issues etc. to enhance the companys recruitment processes)
This role will work very closely with the companys senior leaders
Reports to the VP of TA

REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of any combination of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition experience
2 years of experience with Workforce Planning and/or Talent Acquisition Intelligence Platforms
Experience working with senior management on strategic talent acquisition initiatives
Strong project management skills
Bachelors degree
Proactive/creative mindset
Must have experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or similar Industrial industries
