Stefanini is looking forCall Center ExecutiveforWest Greenwich RIlocation (Remote work)

Open for W2 candidates only!

Shift: 12:00 AM 8:30 AM w/ Tuesday and Wednesday off & 12:00 AM 8:30 AM w/ Wednesday and Saturday off.

Details:

This is a work from home position and the role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online iLottery customers.
This agent will be answering inbound phone calls from our Kentucky iLottery players.

Top Skill Sets:

Customer Service Communication Skills Knowledge Retention Recall and Speed Efficiency
High School is required.
