Description of the role:
The Service Receptionist at Nissan Bronx plays a crucial role in welcoming customers managing appointments and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments for service department
- Assist customers with servicerelated questions and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
